We all have moments where we feel overwhelmed: rushed off our feet, struggling to focus, or feeling a little out of touch with ourselves. This classic body scan meditation is intended to help you slow down, acknowledge how you feel, listen to your body, and reconnect with yourself.
As you move through your body, scanning it part by part, you will tune into it deeply, reconnecting with your physical self. Try to observe any sensations you are feeling without any judgment, allowing yourself to be fully present. While the main goal of this meditation is to achieve more mindfulness, self-awareness, and presence, you may also find it quite relaxing, as it helps to release tension in both the body and mind.
