When we meditate, we seek to clear the mind of busy, wandering thoughts – but this is often easier said than done, and can sometimes even feel impossible. 

This guided meditation will teach you how to approach and accept the many thoughts that may be running through your mind – so that rather than trying to force it to go blank, instead, you can take the seat of the witness by observing them, watching them come and go without force, analysis, or judgment. 

Following this meditation, we recommend journaling about whatever may have come up for you, so that you can begin to notice any shifts or patterns that come up. In doing so, you will be able to understand yourself better, and connect more deeply with yourself.
