Flow Purification Breathing
This guided meditation covers a breathing technique called Nadi Shodhana, which is also known as the Flow Purification Breathing Method, or the Alternate Nostril breathing technique. By breathing through alternating nostrils, it helps to activate different sides of the brain and the subtle body to settle our mind, physical body, and emotions, while also clearing and purifying us of negativity and toxins, clearing blockages, balancing our respiratory systems and yin-yang energy, and bringing more tranquility to our mind, body, and emotions.
