This meditation is about expressing gratitude, joy, and happiness. It begins with a simple breathing exercise, followed by a series of prompts designed to help you reflect on the things you feel grateful for. Feel free to speak out loud or silently in your mind during this meditation. Have fun with it – there’s no right or wrong way to appreciate life!
We recommend moving to the rhythm of the music, and focusing on your breath as it enters and leaves your body. This meditation is suitable for all levels, and is most effective when practiced regularly.
