This guided meditation will cover various breathing techniques that can help you learn how to breathe more consciously, including Ocean Breath (also known as Ujjayi Breath), Box Breathing (also known as Square Breathing), Nadi Shodhana (also known as the Flow Purification breathing method), and the 4-7-8 breathing method.
