Binaural Beats for Relaxation

Binaural beats are auditory illusions that occur when you listen to two tones with slightly different frequencies at the same time, creating different perceptions of sound in the brain and the ears. The phenomenon was first discovered by Prussian physicist and meteorologist Heinrich Wilhelm Dove back in the 1800s, and written about in scientific literature by the 1970s. Research suggests they can help with focus, memory, and concentration, improving our brain function and cognitive abilities, reducing stress and anxiety, and helping us relax more and sleep better.

This track is intended to help you relax deeply as you let go of negative energy, to make room for more self-compassion and imagination.

If you are listening to this on your headphones, we suggest not listening to it at an overtly high volume - it only needs to be loud enough for you to gently feel the beat and tunes, as you enjoy the communication between the two tones.
