In this calming and creative session, you’ll be guided through a visualization exercise to help you imagine a safe mental space you can return to whenever life feels overwhelming.

The first part of the session offers a gentle, meditative experience to help you slow down, be present, and access a more peaceful state of mind.In the second part, you’ll bring your imagined sanctuary to life through mindful art-making.

Using any materials you have on hand, you’ll be guided with simple prompts to create a visual representation of your inner sanctuary.We’ll close with space for quiet reflection and optional sharing.

This session is designed to leave you with a soothing mental image and creative tool you can return to whenever your mind feels cluttered.No art experience needed - just bring an open mind and a willingness to slow down.

What to Bring:

- A few sheets of paper or a journal for the art activities

 - Any art materials you enjoy using - such as colored pens, pencils, or paints (but don’t worry, even a simple pen is enough to join in!)
