The first part of the session offers a gentle, meditative experience to help you slow down, be present, and access a more peaceful state of mind.In the second part, youâll bring your imagined sanctuary to life through mindful art-making.
Using any materials you have on hand, youâll be guided with simple prompts to create a visual representation of your inner sanctuary.Weâll close with space for quiet reflection and optional sharing.
This session is designed to leave you with a soothing mental image and creative tool you can return to whenever your mind feels cluttered.No art experience needed - just bring an open mind and a willingness to slow down.

What to Bring:
