Meet Your Instructor, Sriven Naidu

Global Talent & Leadership Development Consultant, Mindfulness Coach & Meditation Expert

 

Sriven Naidu is a leadership and high-performance expert with over 20 years of experience across three continents. Currently, he is Executive-in-Residence at IMD, Switzerland’s top-ranked business school for executive education. With 30 years of meditation experience in Western traditions and a decade studying practices taught in monasteries across Tibet, Bhutan, and Nepal, Sriven integrates ancient wisdom with modern performance strategies.
 
As a Mindfulness Facilitator Trainer at Singapore Management University, he has designed programs blending Stoic philosophy, Himalayan mind-training, and positive psychology. Previously, he led Coach Developer teams at the Singapore Sport Institute, mentoring elite high-performance coaches. He continues to advise Benber Yu, coach of Singapore’s top sprinters and hurdlers, while competing in Masters Athletics (200m & 400m sprints).
 
His career spans leadership roles in academia, government, corporate strategy, and law, including Director of Strategy at SMU and Deputy Director of Higher Education Policy at MOE Singapore. He has designed executive programs for VISA, AIA, INSEAD, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore and was a Global Ambassador for the Royal Society for the Arts (UK) from 2019-2023.
