This calming, hands-on session is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and explore stress in a new way.

We’ll begin with a gentle grounding exercise before moving into art therapy activities designed to help you unwind, reflect, and release stress from a fresh perspective.

Together, we'll take time to pause, reconnect, and build personal resilience toolkits to support your well-being long after the session ends.

In just 75 minutes, you’ll:
🎨 Get a quick introduction to art therapy and how creative expression can support mental well-being
🖍️ Take part in two guided drawing activities to explore and process stress
💬 Reflect, share (if you wish), and reframe your relationship with stress
🧘‍♀️ End with a soothing guided relaxation meditation focused on resilience

What to Bring:

- A few sheets of paper or a journal for the art activities

 - Any art materials you enjoy using - such as colored pens, pencils, or paints (but don’t worry, even a simple pen is enough to join in!)
